Positive: Hosts very welcoming, kind and helpful. Outside areas, garden and pool excellent with a lovely play area for our 2 year old grandson. Inside the villa was really well thought out, equipped and presented, and immaculately clean. Fabulous rural views in every direction. Beds very comfortable and a relaxing place to get away from it all.
Negative: Google maps sent us the wrong way twice - needed to get directions from the host, which was then fine (see 2 attached photos which will help - map first, then photo). Local roads (SP33 and villa access track) a bit of a challenge but we coped with a Skoda Fabia. Quaint, traditional Sicilian kitchen slightly limited when cooking for a larger number of people if weather not suitable for a BBQ.
Summary: A real taste of rural Sicily and its friendly people.

Positive: The location is wonderful, in the middle of the countryside with views all around (note access is down an unmade road for about 1km). The space was great for us as a family, in particular the outdoor areas. Our children loved the playground and the swimming pool is lovely. What made this very special was the ambience created by Antonia and her family, wonderful home-cooked food shared with us because she wanted us to try some Sicilian specialties, extra toys for the children delivered. While the hosts are on site to help with anything you need, they also gave us our privacy to enjoy their beautiful property.

Positive: This was the perfect villa for our short trip. We had enough of space, cutlery, towels and other necessities for group of 5 people. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of villa, there are a lot of seating and eating areas both inside and outside, even near the pool. Because of the pool, views and atmosphere we even spent half a day chilling at the villa – and it was not enough! We wish we could spend there more time 😊 Great bonus that you can put up some music near the pool and it has also small jacuzzi zone. And special big thanks goes to the hosts, because we felt very welcomed and comfortable here. We were welcomed by hosting family with their home-made delicious dinner, which was a total surprise for us, as we didn’t request it specifically and we arrived quite late! Also, they left us some bubbles and water in the fridge, and during other day gave us small home-made dessert, which we really appreciated. They also helped us with small requests and with local sightseeing recommendations. Overall, everything was perfect for us and we wish we could go here another time for longer period.

Positive: Beautiful pool and spotless house, traditional but modern and very comfortable and relaxed. Lovely view over big landscapes. Lovely hosts and great welcome including aperitifs.
Negative: Location is a little remote from main attractions (although a great part of charm of country house) and limited apparent dining options within 20 minutes of house. Directions on booking.com completely incorrect and google maps took us down a 4WD only track, fortunate not to destroy hire car…
Summary: Fantastic house, pool and hosts, a little remote but great stay (and don’t go off road!)
